[BC] EAS Takes the stage in CT

Rich will be VERY happy! When we had some nasty storms here in CT
recently, I was so happy to witness EAS at its finest moments. Every 5
minutes the 5pm news was interrupted by crawl and audio regarding
flood warnings for Tolland County which is about a 2 hour drive from
Western CT. Makes me respect EAS so much! I pay for cable and can't
hear the news because of conditions that have no possible relationship to
the area in which I live.
