[BC] CAM-D Tests

KRVT 1270 is testing CAM-D in the Tulsa market.  The system appears to be
about as close as you can get to signal sideband on AM and still have a
carrier.  Listener response has been good.

The majority of the KRVT audience is located between the 5 and 2 mV contour.
I'm seeing a significant reduction in fading due to re-radiation.  The CAM-D
signal is very durable.  An interesting benefit of the CAM-D process is the
ability of the signal to maintain it's loudness as distance from the
transmitter is increased.

Finally, the CAM-D signal is loud.  The transmitter loafs along providing
loudness that we used to really have to work for.
