I seriously doubt that WANN Annapolis ever had a 50kW transmitter. I 
know of no license, CP or application above the 10kW level in Morris 
Blum's days.  I'd think he was too smart to have bought a 50kW xmtr 
"just in case".  Blum ran the station from sign-on just after WW2 
until less than a decade ago - he was into his 90s and decided it was 
time to sell.  Since then the station (now WBIS) has gone through 
multiple applications and CPs.  It looks as though the present CP is 
plausible, using the WWLG 1370 6-tower night array at the old WCBM 
site WBIS's day & night..
