[BC] interesting audio

I loaded it into Audition and dropped the pitch by an octave or so, one
step at a time.  I had to stop when one of my cats came down the steps
and started meowing at me with the most pitiful little meow.  Obviously,
my little Lacey could hear it, even if I couldn't.  But, she's only 6...

To me, it sounded more like a flyback transformer...

Seems to me that if the schools want to get serious, they make clear to
the students that any student caught using a phone in school will have
the phone confiscated and immediately destroyed.  Sledgehammers work well
for that.
