I'll admit I was unaware of the 50kW CP.  The land it was on would be 
worth megabuxs anywhere around Annapolis these days.

Blum cared too much about Annapolis, the COL - the present owners 
have waved the town goodbye and intend to serve Baltimore.  810 is 
also trying to move over the other side of Baltimore.  That will 
leave Annapolis with Pat Sajak's 1430 as its only station with a 
__real__ interest in the town.
