The CDBS indicates that they neglected to file license renewal applications 
by the April 1, 2004 deadline.  As a result, their licenses actually expired on 
August 1, 2004.  Based on past experience, they'll probably submit late filed 
renewal applications and request an STA to continue operation.  The FCC will 
probably grant these late filed renewal applications, while assessing a 
forfeiture for unauthorized operation and failure to file required forms.
