[BC] interesting audio

The Freq analysis of the audio file shows (at about -27dB relative) 3k 
and 9k (even a 21k @ ~ -36dB) components.  I noticed the TV reports (on 
a less than stellar TV) would vary from no audible tone, having the 9k 
audible, to having the 15k.

I particularly liked the descriptions (source: NBC) from children that 
"could hear it" - one described it as a quick fade and another as a 
multiple beep.  It appears that even the young can't hear that well!

(I had no problem hearing it - painful it is )
