Regarding Ownership report,  You would also think that each time a  stations i
s sold that they, The FCC, would issue new paper work with the  correct name 
not the simple little card that said ownership changes effective  this date 
post with your authorizations.   About 10 years ago I had  one station whose 
license was three owners back with one owners back card, they  had lost the last 
transfer card.
