[BC] Public File proceeding

Agree that is cheap insurance certainly - and a neat and orderly
file gives a great impression about the state of the station with
any inspection!

My own experience - over 37 years - is that the file itself was
viewed more times by the FCC or Alternate Inspection situations
than by the general public.

Everyone's mileage may vary...

First, think of it as cheap insurance. Secondly, the general public does
not see, or get to see, your public file? Our's has been viewed many
times by the general public including our competitors.
