You're going to get us into even more trouble with terrorists who 
feel cheated. They're promised 72 virgins, not 23. Maybe 23 is the 
prorated number if you don't actually blow yourself to bits. Kind of 
a consolation prize.

I still believe it's a cruel hoax and the virgins will have to remain 
virgins. I'm sure all the terrorists are virgins (no sex at all, gay 
or straight), saving themselves for that orgy in the hereafter. 
Imagine the eternal frustration.
