Rangemasters are presently the Cadillac of part 15 transmitters. They 
recommend using a Asymetrical Limiter such as a Inovonics 222 or 235. also 
there is 2 measurement standards. F/S or power/antenna. I recommend the part 
15.219 standard which basically is 100mw input to RF final and a 3 meter 
antenna. keith hamilton can help you out with setting up and installing the

on setting up and installing part 15 systems, both carrier current and 
intentional radiator styles.
