[BC] copper to the moon Alice!

I had reason to check with the University police on something that occurred
at our tower the other day. The officer (inspector level) mentioned that
Texas had recently upgraded the trespassing penalties for "critical
infrastructure" which included the tower, guy anchors, transmitter building,
etc. This was in response to terrorist activity. I'll bet many states have
done similar things. How many of you know that your transmission facility
is now classed as "critical infrastructure" (at least in Texas)?
