Verizon on line client at home--what a piece of junk
Whoever designed it should be shot.  No way to import anything into the
address book.  Everything must be hand entered, and you MUST enter a
nickname which serves as the primary sort field.  And those are the
redeeming features.

Any scheduler that emails you your own tasks/appointments for assignment to
yourself is just plain silly

Both Universities are making/have made everyone give up Eudora.  Many are
not happy.
