In at least one case retention of both the original (daytime) and the
expanded band (fulltime) stations is preventing a Class A from moving its
facilities in order to better serve its market.
That retention of a closely-spaced Class D, in a market already
over-served by AMs would even be remotely considered ItPICaN, on account
of so-called programming "diversity", is truly bizarre, as this market
has over 30 AMs, and that many or more FMs.
That Class D should go ... now!
