[BC] WABC Problem This Morning

This morning at about 6:15 eastern time I was making my usual 
scan of the AM band and WABC had nothing but what sounded 
like white noise on the signal.  It wasn't till about 6:50 
that the noise went off and the programming came back on.  
They did make mention that they were back on the air but that 
was all.

Wonder if anyone knows what the problem was?
