[BC] WBAA at Purdue license issue explained

As with any broadcaster it is your obligation to operate in such a way 
that is for the greater good of the public.  Sadly the FCC removed this 
requirement years ago but as a public broadcaster we still strive to 
meet that.  I'm sure there are a few out there that don't but the 
majority of us go out of the way to fulfill that.  Please fill me in 
with more details as I would love to help change your mind about public 
broadcasting.  We can take this private if you'd like.
