[BC] Public radio vs commercial radio

That public TV station must have a clueless development department. Having
been involved with public radio for quite some time now, and having been a
listener for much longer than that, at least my former station WVXU would
have had fun coming up with effective underwriting for a 'roto-rooter'
service. ( -and probably talked him into a matching grant, and offered his
services as a premium 'gift'!!) After all, we were known as the 'rug
merchants' of public radio!
