Here, Pacifica operates a super-power FM which is in the commercial band.
59 kW, give or take, with a 405 meter HAAT. Grandfathered, too.
Should it seek to sell its asset, it may be subject to recapture of
taxes, which could negate any benefit from such sale.
The same principle may apply to WRR.
