[BC] NYC IBUZ on 660-880

My original question remains. Who if any are they "interfering" with? You
can hear hash on 870 and 890 until the cows come home but if there is no one
there during the day, what difference does it make? Larry Lunchbox will
strike it up as power line noise or something similar. Kind of like, if a
tree falls.....
Please note, I said DAY.
