[BC] City of Dallas & WRR-FM Classical

The 1450 has gone through several incarnations. Since I don't live there
anymore I don't have a clue what Astor is doing with it now, except hoping
someone offers to buy it from him.

X-BACH is so far down in my destroyed brain cells is that all I can remember
about it is that it was AM.

Well before he died, Victor Diaz put on XLNC (FM). It was authorized at
1000 watts, but I personally field measured it at closer to 20,000. His
comment was "maybe Mexican watts are different from American watts." I
don't know the current status of that facility either.

I didn't carry the history far enough. Isn't the Classical still on
the 1450 facility up there? I also remember an X-BACH but don't
remember if it was to replace KFAC.
