[BC] NYC IBUZ on 660-880

Here's a question. What do you suppose is the percentage of IBOC AM
stations that have installed the system, but operate without it?
In this market there is one IBOC AM station. I ran for a few weeks, with
terrible sounding analog. Later the IBOC was turned off, and the modulation
cranked back up on par with the other stations in the market.
Would you say that they are in for the "count?"

It MUST be approved. Without 24/7 operation you might as well make
all AMs daytimers. When the IBUZ revolution is complete and we all
have receivers in a few weeks, listeners won't tolerate the quality
drop from almost-kinda-nearly-could be ultra FM quality into the 5KHz
toilet. They'll be spoiled and very upset that their expensive radios
are defective.
I hope the NAB approves my NRSC application in time for the FCC to
hear my voice insisting on nighttime operation, though I'm sure
current members will make the case in my absence. I'm assured by 5
people, so far, that my voice will carry as much weight as the HD
Dominion members.
The mailing address made me a little suspicious:

I was also upset that no one offered to buy the bridges I have for sale.
