[BC] NYC IBUZ on 660-880

In Providence, I can clearly hear hash on 650,670,870 and 890. It has made
reception of 650 and 890 here damn near impossible. Both were CLEARLY heard
here before. It's even causing noise under 680 (catch that, Sid?).

My original question remains. Who if any are they "interfering" with? You
can hear hash on 870 and 890 until the cows come home but if there is no one
there during the day, what difference does it make? Larry Lunchbox will
strike it up as power line noise or something similar. Kind of like, if a
tree falls.....

Please note, I said DAY.
