For sure -- unless the incumbents are voted out of Congress.
Maybe that's why the telco lobbyists are pushing hard to get these
items on the agenda before November? The M2Z Networks application
that I mentioned a few weeks ago could set a major precedent in favor
of cheap wireless access, if approved.
