[BC] BUSH ORDERS UPDATE OF EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM

Cell phones are easy.... they have GPS on board and deliver alerts 
for the area you are traveling through...  It wouldn't do any good 
for a Hasmet spill alert or an Amber in Cincinnati if you are in Chicago..

In Arizona, we are working on the system at a meeting July 6th with 
Homeland Security, Arizona Broadcasters, the SECC committee, and the 
Arizona EOC.
