True, but it is reasonable to expect two things. First - costs to 
come down as more mobile users start to use data services (in UK, 
T-Mobile offers $18.56 flat rate fee for their existing voice users). 
Secondly - more users to start using data service as more content 
(especially multimedia) becomes available. I belive availability of 
video material both on-demand and real-time DVB-H will be a 
significant driving force...
