[BC] Another niche format gone

It's going talk and they're fully staffed according to the new owner.

I did a little research, Roby Howell has a PO Box in Delta UT according to
the application. The station is in Spanish FOrk and if you read the FCC
application she has a Yahoo.com email address.. so I decided to see if she
had a profile.

She's 25 and lives in Payson and is a clerk. So who is she and where is she
really? I'm not making any sort of accusations, just found this out with too
much time on my hands yesterday night
