It grieves me, as well.. although I *never* climb (don't have the stomach for 
it) I have watched (with great admiration & respect) when Climbers have been 
on our "little" (140') towers. I look up and think "Man, I am sure glad for 
these guys... I sure couldn't do that!" They certainly earn their pay.

My deepest sympathies & prayers for the family and friends of this lost 
colleague. :'(
