Except in the case of LAX...who got a waiver and run a 100 watt TIS.

Bill:

The FCC limit is 10 watts into a max 15 meter vertical. BUT there is 
also a 2mv/m @ 1.5 KM limit. There is also a 3 khz audio cut off.
