[BC] Smallest AM Radiator

I have seen them at rest areas on 10 or 15 foot fiberglass "whip" type 
antennas. The one I investigated ran 2 watts. I saw a temporary mobile one 
on an interstate...small orange trailer with silver box and whip 
antenna...May have been in Kansas or PA, that had a solar panel to power it. 
The "tune to" sign was about a mile before it. Very limited coverage.
