Depnds on teh situation of course.  A small 1 KW or less station out in BFE
could go with Winamp..you can do a sweet plalist with Winamp and some
plugins that will do the ID at the top of the hour, even record and plaback
Network news, or even schedule a download of news via FTP.  Just a couple
hundred bucks and an Internet connection...you have an automation.  I've
done that sort of thing as a backup...works very well.
