[BC] FIRST LPFM BITES THE BUST

This is something I run into almost daily. Small operators live in fear of
bankruptcy because they believe IBOC either already has been or will be
mandated. These are people that can't afford a $4000 STL system to get them
out of mono and into stereo. They can barely pay for the single 15 k land
line from the phone company. It doesn't get me many sales when I explain to
them that they don't have to convert, but I sure do hear some relief in
their voices after we've talked.
