Yes, I agree.  Either the principals involved are ignorant or are looking
for an excuse.  No radio station is forced to go IBOC, ever, and even TV has
another 2 or 3 years or so to shut off analog.  So, saying that's the reason
they have to pull the plug in a couple of weeks seems mighty fishy to me.
