I just checked on WJAZ 91.7 Summerdale (one of the Temple 
University gaggle) and at a couple of minutes after 11:00 
A.M. eastern time, they listed call letters, frequency and 
location of all the stations. There were stations listed in 
Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
