[BC] LPFM's, now, reliable remote closures

There is the MPR superaudio box for their Classical 24 service. The
other thing that Mark brought up was in the UDP world, having to do the
insert. Since the Data is encoded at the head end, maybe at the
transmitter end, a device could be developed, as a UDP inserter/switch.
Sure, it does not exist, but that could work by having the insertion at
the transmitter.
