damn,, if they had only invested in a sine system. that would have done thy're power up and down very easily.
and it would have been alot cheaper than the fine. heck i would have even come out and programed the thing, and it would only cost $800.00. that includes trip, hotel and two days worth of total work installing and double checking it all to make sure it all works perfectly.
