As a side note to this, just received a list (via the small market group folks at the NAB--just for fyi) that a broker down in New Mexico is trying to peddle translator c.p.'s from the last window.  Some 1,000 of them.   Looks like the Edgewater/Radio Assist folks. One on the list is for a site where they haven't even gotten a C.P. yet. (Probably already have the fix in to get it).
