[BC] RE: WTC TV antenna

This idea was raised at an SBE board of directors meeting. That might have been in Oct 2001 or at NAB2002. I don't remember all the specifics, but I believe that initial inquiries ran into some difficulties with getting approvals and clearances. There were also some serous costs involved in shipping.
