[BC] Tape deck issue

Willie....  Grain alcohol is better and has more uses (grape juice)..  It
will clean tape heads, is good antifreeze and cleans your teeth when swished
and swallowed.  I keep a bottle in my tool box.

First thing would be to clean the heads. A little rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip
should do it.

Then clean the "capstan", which is the small silver "spike" which rotates.
It
should be bright and shiny silver.
