[BC] Counterpoise Ground System

For years WROZ, 1400kc, 1-kw-d/250 night, (now WEOA) in Evansville, IN 
had a rooftop job on the top of the YMCA building downtown. They did 
something similar with their radials, except they added a 4 inch copper 
strap that went down each side of the building, THEN each attached to 
the 6 inch water main that served the building. "Rosy Radio" had a 
superior signal to 5kw competitor WJPS 1330 for many years........., 
until they tore down the YMCA and WROZ moved to a standard site down by 
the river..........
