[BC] Stealth antennas

The original tower is a guyed pole. We added a second tower
with an elevated ground system for night operation. The tower
and support poles and concrete were all delivered by helicopter
as the towers are in wetlands. I was responsible for the initial
tuneup and supervising the proof measurements.
