somewhat OT: Torn "Q"- was [BC] Collins 300F Picture - filaments on!

Change the default program that will assocaite with JPGs.  (IMHO Quciktime
screws up a lot of file assocaitions)

You do that in Windows Explorer, Tools, File Types.
