1)  Call the factory for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
     Toll-free at 1-800-733-0552 or info at inovon.com.
2)  Ship to the factory at:
     1305 Fair Avenue
     Santa Cruz, CA 95060
3)  Wait patiently; you may be without the unit for
     about a week.
4)  Be pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive the
     repair is. Unless the board looks like a barbecue
     briquette, it almost certainly can be fixed in an hour.
     Shop rate is $65/hour, maybe $15 for return freight.
     Any parts required are 'nickel-and-dime.'
5)  Pay by check or via PayPal?.
