 Kinda sorta, but not really.
 As the 'Ole Jaybird used to say.....

 What it does have going for it, and the only reason it's on the
 rental car radio, is NO morning "personality" !!
 Strictly juke box, and rotating ( though annoyingly poorly done )
 liners and promo's, with the mandatory spots.

 The other "country" station has a morning "team" that must be
 running a laugh track every other word.
 "My wife was diagnosed with cancer yesterday."
 HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA ad nauseam.
 Had that on about 15, maybe 20 seconds.
 OK, realisticly about 30 minutes.
