[BC] Class IV ratings leaders

So, looking for the last (most recent) of the Class IV ratings 
leaders, we have:

>Nashville, about 1959, WKDA (now WNVL) on 1240, pulled a 60+ in the 
>ratings with their Top-40 Hit Format.

>Detroit back in the 60's  WEXL 1340 Royal Oak Mich.

>1400 WJLB in Detroit. 1960s

>Minneapolis - WMIN,  later KEEY-AM in the late 60's on 1400

>Syracuse was WOLF 1490, through the late '70s.

>Cheektowaga/Buffalo 1230 WECK in 2002, it still had greater than a 4 
>share 12+, in contrast
>to 50 kW WWKB's measley 0.4.


>Phoenix  - KRIZ/1230 undated.

>  Atlanta  - WAKE/1340 Undated.
