[BC] Updating a Pic for the Engineers handbook

If anyone in here has the (I think 6th edition) NAB Engineers handbook from the late 70's I have an 
update that should be incorporated in it. In the section on AM towers you will find a BW photo of 
the WMBB tower in Melbourne Fl. This is a picture of the same tower as it looked yesterday.
