Has nothing to do with the elections upcoming. That can and will change  
nothing. The issue is that the Chairman is letting the mandated and  legitimate  
mission go unanswered. This is not a new situation. Started  years ago when 
lawyers replaced engineers on the commissioners staff.  Any  there now - I doubt 
it.  The real issues of spectrum management in all  fields has been turned 
over to the highest bidder.  Statistics: In 10 years  there was a 7% growth in 
stations and a 35%  decrease in owners. Look a  cellular -- huge consolidation. 
Where is Teddy Roosevelt the Trust buster now ???
