[BC] Pirate radio anyone?

If you are the tinkering type here is an oldie, but goodie that has 
been floating around the internet since i've been online.

He is/was a contract engineer in new england. think he has retired.

plans are there for a Low Power FM exciter, PA, stereo generator, CP 
Antenna, some kind of super J-Pole and other interesting tidbits.

Basicly a complete story with schematics and other info on how he 
built his pirate FM station from complete scratch. think he ran KW's 
from somewhere in conneticut and never got the dreaded visit :)
