[BC] LPFM vs Full Power Question

ANY person who has an attributable interest in ANY Part 73 licensee can not
be an officer or board member for a LPFM licensee. If you're not happy
with them, file a compliant with the FCC citing the conflict in
ownership. The engineer of record has absolutely no relevance in the matter.
