That is absolutely jaw-dropping.  My bill gets up into the high $200's and
low $300's in July and August, when the temps get above 110 some days, but
my Balanced Payment Program is at $117 per month.  But I am on Imperial
Irrigation District power, which is about half of what Edison Company
charges.
