The reel deck is more likely for syndicated shows - Dr. Demento comes to
mind as originally being distributed on reels; as well as all those
Sunday Morning Public Service and Religious shows.
Today, it MIGHT be used... period. Between CDs and MOHD formats, NTM
satellite feeds, about 90 percent of the time - the No Smoking rule is
moot - there's no-one IN the studio TO smoke!
